The SDHWC98 is a 24" wide dual zone wine cellar that features a front-breathing design for built-in installation. Sized at just 18" deep, this wine cellar offers slim-fitting elegance, perfect for narrow home bars and kitchen corners, converted spaces, restaurants with limited real estate, or other spots where you can't fit a full-depth unit. Seamless stainless steel trim blends smoothly into the reversible, gently tinted glass door for an elevated look, with a professional stainless steel handle included. This unit has a sealed rear and right-angle cord for a better fit. The fully articulating European-style hinge design ensures smoother opening. A lock is located in the kickplate for added convenience and security.
Model SDHWC98 has two different running modes: Silent mode, which minimizes vibrations to lower noise emissions and creates a more stable storage environment, ideal for preserving your wine's quality. The second, DynaClima mode, optimizes both temperature and humidity distribution for long-term wine storage, mimicking the conditions of a traditional wine storage cabinet.
Additional features include a temperature memory function to restore set temperature in the case of power loss and Sabbath mode, which disables certain functions during periods of religious observance. A built-in alarm audibly warns if the door is left ajar or if the unit rises or falls out of the recommended temperature range.
This model is commercially approved to NSF-7 standards for use in restaurants, bars, and other foodservice establishments. With its uniquely shallow depth, elegant design, and premium features, the SDHWC98 brings true luxury to residential and commercial kitchen spaces.
